Leads' Management
Last updated: April 29, 2026
Data is power, and Charlie provides comprehensive tools to manage your leads' information, maintain visibility, and make informed decisions. This guide walks through the features available in your admin dashboard for managing lead information, along with key insights summarizing the most critical capabilities.

What it is?
We have created a centralized tab designed to view, organize and manage all lead conversations handled by Charlie across both DM and Voice channels.
This centralized view provides full transparency into every conversation Charlie manages, ensuring you have complete oversight and can intervene, analyze, or report on any interaction.
The default view shows leads in a scrollable list format, with each entry displaying summary information and allowing you to click for full conversation details.
Actions
Search bar
The search bar enables quick location of specific lead conversations using keywords such as lead's email address, phone number and name.
Search time is drastically reduced, going from minutes to mere seconds. You can now quickly find specific cases without sifting through hundreds of leads.
Setter toggle
You can switch between DM and Voice leads, this gives you an unified view of all the conversations Charlie has been handling. The toggle allows you to focus on the specific channel you're analyzing or managing.
All features and functions (search, filters, export, etc.) work identically in both DM and Voice views, ensuring consistent experience regardless of channel.
Filters
Filters allow you to narrow lead results with precision, making it easy to find exactly the conversations you're looking for.
Ai Setter drop down
First filter enables you to look for the conversations managed by specific setters, this drop down allows you to have a multi-select option, to view the list of all conversations that the selected setter(s) had.

Date range
Second filter allows to look for conversations handled within specific timeframe. You can use one of the quick filters, that will pop in the left side, or a custom one, selecting the dates in the calendar itself.
When quick filter is selected, "today's" date will be excluded.

Status
Third and last filter gives you the possibility to sort the results based on the lead's status. We have 7 options and it can also be a multiple selection.
You need to beware of the conditional filter: True or False. For example. If CTA Reached is selected and in the conditional filter is set to False, it means you are filtering leads that are not CTA Reached.

Export
Export allows you to download lead data into structured, organized tables for external analysis, reporting, or integration with other systems.
How to Use:
Apply desired filters (Setter, Date Range, Status) to narrow results
Click the "Export" button (located near filters at top of list)
Download the generated file (it's in CSV format)
Open in spreadsheet software or import into other systems
Fields that will be included are:
Lead Id
Lead name
Lead activated date
Phone number
email
Yes/No to: Intro response/ Kill switch/ CTA reached/ Booked/ DQ / Error / DQ reason
DM Transcript
Visual guidance
This the field that the export has and how the table looks like.

Key Insights
The export function becomes exponentially more powerful when combined with filters. Rather than downloading all leads you can apply filters first to export exactly what you need, saving time, reducing file size, and focusing analysis immediately on relevant data.
Multi-Select Filters Enable Advanced Segmentation. The ability to select multiple Setters and multiple Statuses simultaneously transforms simple filtering into sophisticated segmentation.
