1. Voice Setter: Add Dynamic Custom Values

Charlie’s Voice Setter can now dynamically personalize conversations by pulling in Custom Values. This means your voice flows can reference a user’s first name, neighborhood, company phone number, or other tailored fields throughout the script.

What this unlocks:

  • More natural and personalized voice interactions

  • Dynamic webinar links or unique session invites

  • Improved lead experience with contextual references

2. DM Setter: Update HubSpot Properties & Map Custom Values

With this release, Charlie can now update HubSpot properties automatically whenever a trigger event occurs in the DM Setter.

Highlights:

  • Map HubSpot fields directly to custom values

  • Set rules for property updates (e.g., lifecycle stage changes, status updates)

  • Edit, delete, or add new mappings as your workflows evolve

  • Custom values are available in scripts for seamless personalization

Example: When a lead attends a webinar, Charlie updates their HubSpot lifecycle stage automatically.

3. DM Autobooks: Proactively Offer Slots (No CTA Message)

When Autobooks is ON, Charlie now skips the scripted CTA message and instead proactively offers the next available booking slots.

Benefits:

  • Streamlined booking experience

  • Faster time-to-meeting for qualified leads

  • Less friction in conversations – no need for manual link clicks

When Autobooks is OFF, the traditional scripted CTA is still used.
