Step 1: Access the Charlie Dashboard
Log into your Charlie dashboard.
Navigate to your main setup area upon login.
Step 2: Go to the Lead Section
On the dashboard, locate and click on the Lead section to view your list of leads.
Step 3: Select a Lead
Find and click on the lead you want to message. In this example, the user clicked on their own profile to demonstrate.
Step 4: Send a Manual Message
Once in the lead profile, type your message in the messaging area.
For example, you could type a follow-up message like, “Just wanted to follow up one more time.”
Send the message, and it will be delivered directly to the lead’s text message inbox.
Step 5: Enable Manual Control (Kill Switch)
If you decide to take over the conversation manually, it’s recommended to activate the Kill Switch.
Navigate to the Controls tab in the dashboard.
Click on the Kill Switch to prevent Charlie from automatically responding to the lead’s replies.
Step 6: Disqualify a Lead (Optional)
If you need to disqualify a lead, you can send a pre-set disqualifying message.
Click on the Disqualify option for the lead, which will automatically send the disqualifying message you've configured.
Following these steps will allow you to message, take control of conversations, and manage disqualified leads directly from the Charlie dashboard.
