How to setup Zapier

Prerequisites

Access to the Charlie AI Zapier App is currently by invitation only, as it is a private application.

Step by step guide

Step 1: Install Charlie AI Zapier app

1. Visit the invitation link

2. Log in to your Zapier account or create one if needed

3. Accept the invitation to add the Charlie Ai app to your account

4. You'll now be able to use Charlie Ai as a trigger or action in your Zaps

Step 2: Connect your Charlie account

You'll now see Charlie AI within your Apps library, but to enable it in your different workflows we need to connect it to your Charlie account.

1. When creating a new Zap with Charlie Ai, you'll be prompted to connect your account (this is a one time configuration)

2. Enter your Charlie Ai credentials

3. Authorize the connection between Zapier and Charlie Ai

4. Your account is now ready to use in your automations

• The Charlie Ai Zapier App is currently in private beta

• Some advanced Charlie Ai features may not be available through Zapier

• Rate limits may apply depending on your Zapier plan

• Real-time syncing depends on Zapier's polling intervals
