Voice
We made Charlie sound better, respond faster, and give you more options than ever before. You can now use Realistic and Ultra Realistic voice tiers, 50% less time in between responses, and use the latest and greatest models.

More flexibility in Autobooking
You can now define Action Conditions that will work post CTA, and we developed a new settings field that enables you to have Autobooks Custom Instructions. Giving you granular control over how Charlie handles booking conversations

Branches in Buyer IQ
If a lead fails to qualify, the branch automatically activates, allowing you to define the next steps.

GHL Phone number at Workflow Level.
If a GHL workflow has a phone number configured, Charlie automatically uses it when reaching out to leads activated through that workflow.

Traceability
Slack Notifications: Whenever a DELAYED intent is triggered, you can now receive an instant notification in any Slack channel of your choice.
The lead CSV export now includes a full "DM Transcript" column with the complete conversation history for every lead.
