Step-by-Step Guide: Testing Your AI Setter in the Playground
Prepare the AI Setter (Charlie) for Role Play
Before you begin, make sure you've completed the setup for your AI Setter:
Objectives are defined.
Examples are inputted.
The knowledge base is fully set up.
The goal at this stage is to ensure Charlie can handle regular conversations and generate leads, not to achieve perfection.
Role Play to Test Basic Functionality
Focus on ensuring Charlie can respond properly to simple conversations.
Don't aim for 100% perfection right away. Your goal is to get him functioning well enough to handle traffic, at around 90-95%.
Fine-tuning comes later, after real-world interactions with leads.
Access the Playground for Role Play
There are two ways to access the role-playing playground:
Use the menu on the left and find your AI Setter.
Go directly into the AI Setter interface and click on the playground option.
Select "Create New Chat" to start role-playing with Charlie.
Role Play Example
Begin a conversation with Charlie by posing a common lead scenario.
Example interaction:
You: "My biggest struggle is keeping the weight off."
Charlie: "I hear you, sticking to those diets can be a real drag and tough to maintain."
Continue asking questions and reviewing Charlie's responses to ensure they acknowledge and mirror user input accurately.
Evaluate and Fine-Tune After Launch
After running the initial role play and becoming comfortable, you can move forward with connecting and triggering Charlie through your system (e.g., GoHighLevel).
Fine-tune Charlie based on real-world lead interactions, adjusting the knowledge base as needed. This step is crucial for improving performance to 100%.
