  • Qualifications:

    • Navigate to Qualifications: Next, go to the Qualifications section.

    • Make Edits: Review and edit the examples provided. Ensure all content is accurate and relevant.

  • Call to Action (CTA):

    • Navigate to CTA: Edit the CTA to ensure the correct link is provided (e.g., booking link, low ticket page).

    • Ensure Accuracy: Verify that the link directs users to the appropriate page.

  • Hunts (Follow-ups):

    • Navigate to Hunts: Review the follow-up sequences (Hunts) to ensure they align with the specific message.

    • Make Edits: Make any necessary adjustments to the content of the follow-ups.

4. Knowledge Base

  • Access the Knowledge Base:

    • Click on the Knowledge Base: This will take you to the entries created based on the provided marketing and branding materials.

  • Review and Edit:

    • Ensure Accuracy: Review the entries to make sure they are correct. Edit any content that is inaccurate or outdated.

5. Settings Adjustments

  • General Settings:

    • Edit Wait Time: Adjust the wait time between messages (recommended 7-10 seconds, up to 20 seconds).

    • Set Persona: Choose the persona and tone of voice for the AI (e.g., professional, blunt, energetic).

    • Adjust Language Style: Set the language style (e.g., slang, technical, emotional).

    • Add Accents: Select an accent (e.g., American, British, Australian).

    • Include Emojis/Typos: Optionally add emojis, typos, or uncapitalized sentences.

  • Information Verification:

    • Review Information: Ensure all static messages and information are correct.

    • Edit DQ Messages: Modify any DQ (disqualified) messages, and set redirects if necessary (e.g., to a website or social media).

  • Hunt Schedules:

    • Set Hunt Schedules: Schedule Hunt activities from Monday through Sunday, 8 AM to 8 PM. This prevents the AI from sending messages at inappropriate times.

6. Testing and Final Adjustments

  • Test in Playground:

    • Role-Play with Charlie: Engage in a role-play session with Charlie to ensure functionality.

    • Evaluate Responses: Check that Charlie’s responses are appropriate, functional, and do not sound unusual or confusing.

  • Optimization:

    • Initial Focus: The goal here is to ensure that everything is working properly, not perfection.

    • Further Optimization: Once data and leads start coming in, the team will move to the next phase to optimize Charlie for high performance.

7. Completion

  • Finalize Edits: Once you are satisfied with the changes and testing, notify the team to proceed with the pre-launch call.
