Step 1: Access Hunt's Timing

  1. Log in to your Charlie dashboard.

  2. Go to the AI Setters section.

  3. Choose the specific hunt you want to customize and go to the Hunt's Timing option at the bottom right.

  4. Click the drop-down menu under Hunt's Timing to add a new timing.

Step 2: Create a Custom Timing

  1. Name the new timing (e.g., "Test") and click the drop-down to view pre-set times.

  2. Adjust any pre-set times to your preferences. For example:

    • Change 20 minutes to 40 minutes for a "softer" follow-up.

    • Adjust 4 hours to 6 hours or customize other intervals (e.g., 21 days and 10 minutes).

  3. Set up to nine follow-up steps if needed by adding additional timings.

Step 3: Save and Assign Timing

  1. Once you're happy with the timing setup, you can:

    • Set as default for all hunts.

    • Assign it to specific hunts by selecting them individually.

  2. Save the timing, then refresh the page to see the new timing applied.

Step 4: Apply Dynamic Timings for Specific Hunts

  1. To apply specific timing settings to individual hunts, go back to the Hunt's Timing.

  2. Create unique timings based on your needs:

    • Intro Hunts for leads who have just opted in (e.g., more frequent follow-ups with aggressive intervals like 10 minutes, 1 hour, etc.).

    • CTA Hunts for a call-to-action phase (e.g., a faster follow-up like 15 minutes post-CTA).

  3. Save the settings without assigning them globally unless desired.

Step 5: Customize Additional Hunt Types

  1. Add new timings for specific actions, like CTA follow-ups, to give targeted responses based on lead behavior.

  2. Save each customized timing as needed, ensuring the timing is assigned to the relevant hunt.
