Step-by-Step Guide: How to Integrate Charlie AI into GHL
Step 1: Access Your AI Setter in GHL
Log into Your GHL Account:
Go to your GHL dashboard and access the AI Setter that you have already built for Charlie.
Navigate to the Integration Tab:
Once you’re inside your AI Setter, locate the tabs at the top of the screen.
Action: Click on the Integration tab.
Step 2: Log Into GHL Using the Go High Level URL
Log Out of Your Branded GHL URL:
If you’re currently logged into a branded GHL URL (your custom domain), log out temporarily for this integration step.
Log into GHL Using the Standard URL:
For best results when integrating, log in using the default GHL URL:

Step 3: Integrate Charlie AI with a GHL Sub-Account
Choose the Sub-Account:
After you log in, you will see a list of sub-accounts that are available for integration.
Action: Select the sub-account where you want to integrate Charlie. For example, if you’re working with a SuperMom account, select the corresponding sub-account.
Complete the Integration:
Once you select the sub-account, click Integrate. You will see a confirmation message at the bottom of the screen indicating that the integration was successful.
Message: "Successfully integrated."
Confirm Integration:
After the integration is complete, the test AI Setter you used (or whichever you selected) will now be integrated with the selected sub-account in GHL.
Final Notes:
Log Out of Branded URLs: Always log out of branded GHL URLs before performing the integration to avoid potential issues.
Sub-Account Integration: This process allows you to connect Charlie AI with specific sub-accounts in GHL, ensuring that each sub-account is properly linked to Charlie.
