1. New Feature: Custom persona
Easily personalize Charlie's writing style and tone by activating the Custom Persona toggle in Admin settings. Upload training documents (.PDF, .docx, or .txt) for Charlie to quickly process and generate a style guide, ensuring consistent conversations.
IMPORTANT: The custom persona will apply only to the specific setter that’s being configured.
What this unlocks:
Faster alignment, more efficient AI training
Ensure all future generated messages perfectly align with your desired style and tone.
Charlie will more effectively and accurately represent your business
You have full management control, with the ability to review, download, or permanently delete any uploaded training document.
2. Conversational improvements
We've enhanced Charlie's conversational intelligence in two ways: it now uses human-friendly time zone names (e.g., 'Eastern time,' 'PST') instead of confusing formats, and it employs a more natural, intelligent conversational flow that acknowledges and seamlessly continues the discussion without repeating the lead's exact phrasing.

Remove friction in scheduling and makes the conversation immediately easier to follow
Avoids robotic repetition and focuses on fluent acknowledgment, sounding more natural and articulated.
Make interactions with Charlie clearer and and human-centered.
3. Lead Qualification logic
Charlie's new logic dynamically shortens the lead qualification process by determining if a response satisfies subsequent criteria, preventing repetitive questioning. Transparency is maintained with an in-conversation explanation of why questions were skipped and how the lead's answer met the criteria. This ensures skipped objectives are fully met, guaranteeing more reliable qualification data.

4. Advanced LLM configuration
We've integrated the some powerful AI models : GPT-4.1 from OpenAI, Sonnet-4.5 and Haiku-4.5 from Anthropic; and now you're in control. Choose the exact LLM that aligns with your specific communication goals. Your assigned AM or CX rep can switch models in minutes, no complex migration, no downtime.
IMPORTANT: The LLM update applies only to the specific setter that’s being configured, this should be adjusted setter by setter.Â

5. Enable Voice setters for your hunts.
We've integrated your DM agents with your Voice agents, dramatically expanding your follow-up capabilities. Now, a DM hunt can activate a Voice Setter with a simple toggle.
Benefits:
Connect with the Lead using their preferred method, increasing engagement success.
Ensures full visibility and traceability of the voice interaction outcomes: CTA, DQ, Booking, or Kill Switch results from the voice conversation are logged directly within the DM lead conversation for a consolidated status view.
6. Smarter voice agents
We've built seamless context continuity across channels. When a lead moves from DM to voice, the voice agent instantly accesses the complete conversation history. Full context. Zero friction.
Plus, we've automated data capture for lead’s records of key information (full conversation transcript, recording URL, call summary, and precise timestamps)
