1. Ignore GHL Timezone for Social Media Use Cases
Charlie now asks leads directly for their timezone instead of using the GHL default timezone. This fixes booking confusion when social media leads default to your account timezone.

2. Voice Call Recording and Transcripts as GHL Notes
Voice recordings and full conversation transcripts now sync automatically to GHL as notes. Your sales team can see exactly what happened without logging into Charlie.

Lead localization offers slots between 8am-8pm in the lead's timezone. DQ and action conditions now trigger post-CTA for better qualification.
