1. Natively Disable a DM Setter

You can now instantly disable any DM Setter inside Charlie with one click. A clear status indicator shows when the agent is offline, and re-enabling is just as simple.

What this unlocks:

  • No need to delete or reconfigure agents when you want to pause

5. Charlie Knows a Lead's Timezone
