1. Natively Disable a DM Setter
You can now instantly disable any DM Setter inside Charlie with one click. A clear status indicator shows when the agent is offline, and re-enabling is just as simple.
What this unlocks:
Full control over which agents are active at any time
Perfect for testing, pausing campaigns, or troubleshooting
No need to delete or reconfigure agents when you want to pause
2. Kill Switch Actions for DM & Voice Agents
Set up Kill Switch actions for both DM and Voice agents based on specific conditions or lead behavior. This automatically stops the agent when needed without manual intervention.

5. Charlie Knows a Lead's Timezone
