GHL: CRM - DM setter integration

To seamlessly integrate Charlie AI into your leads conversations and synchronize it with your CRM, we offer a native integration with Go High Level. This allows you to quickly implement Charlie into your sales processes, centralize information, and leverage your CRM data to generate significant opportunities.

How to setup GHL

Best practices:

  • Log into GHL Using the Standard URL (app.gohighlevel.com). If you’re currently logged into a branded GHL URL (your custom domain), log out temporarily for this integration step.

  • Sub-Account Integration: This process allows you to connect Charlie AI with specific sub-accounts in GHL, ensuring that each sub-account is properly linked to Charlie.

Step by step guide

Step 1: Native integration

  1. Log in to your Charlie account, select "AI Setter" in your left side menu, and access the AI Setter that you have already built for Charlie.

  2. Once you’re inside your AI Setter, locate the tabs at the top of the screen, and Click on the "Integration" tab.

  3. Look for the GHL option (first one), and click in the option "Integrate"

Step 2: GHL + Charlie ai

  1. Log in to your GHL account using stantard URL (Avoid custom domain)

  2. After you log in, you will see a list of sub-accounts that are available for integration. Select the sub-account where you want to integrate Charlie.

  3. Once you select the sub-account, click "Integrate". You will see a confirmation message at the bottom of the screen indicating that the integration was successful. ("Successfully integrated.")

  4. After the integration is complete, the test AI Setter you used (or whichever you selected) to confirm the integration.

Specificities

When Charlie conversationally gathers a lead's phone number, email, or timezone during Autobooking or Talk Later processes, that data now saves directly back into the GHL contact record.
