Phone number: Sendblue

In Charlie you can centralize and manage the phone numbers you have active and assigned to your Setters, we have a specific tab menu where you can have full control of them. In this guide we are going t do a quick deep-dive into the Sendblue native integration, you'll find the description, prerequisites, configuration and key insights section to ensure a seamless operation.

Prerequisites

  • Have an active account in Sendblue

Sendblue integration

We built a native integration with Sendblue, that gives you complete control over your messaging operations, all your numbers import instantly into Charlie.

It's an integration that can be perform quickly through "Phone Numbers" tab using an API. It's a fast, and easy process.

From there, you can assign any active Sendblue number to your Setters, and manage it.

Configuration

  1. Go to the "Phone Numbers" tab in the left side menu.

  2. Click in the Sendblue option.

  3. There will appear the "Integrate" button, click on it

  4. A prompt will appear requesting your API key

    1. Paste your Sendblue API key into the provided field

    2. Double-check that the API key is complete and accurate (no extra spaces or missing characters)

  1. Click " Integrate", Charlie will verify your API key with Sendblue

  2. Wait for confirmation that authentication was successful

After successful integration, you can assign Sendblue numbers to your Setters.

The API Key that you need to include is in your Sendblue information, it will authenticate the integration.
