This month is full with amazing updates, we worked heavily in the development of new integrations, and features that are aimed to deeply connect Charlie ai with your processes, boosting efficiency and delivering high-end results.

1. Post-booking intelligence
Our first and one huge release of the year is the post-booking functionality, a single toggle that enables Charlie to manage conversations after a CTA was met. If a lead wants to cancel or reschedule, Charlie maintains full context and handles it all automatically.
Every interaction is logged in the conversation, and booking status updates in real-time across your dashboard.

2. Voice setter integrations
Three game-changing integrations that reshape your voice operations:
First: Native HubSpot integration for Voice Setters.
Connect your Voice Setters directly to HubSpot. Activate them in HubSpot workflows. And after each call, the transcript automatically adds as a HubSpot note.
You get the same power you have with DM Setters: custom value mapping, property triggers, HubSpot Meetings. Now for Voice.
Second: Kill Switch automation for GHL and HubSpot.
When a Kill Switch is triggered via GHL or HubSpot workflow, any pending Voice Redials for that lead are automatically canceled and deactivated. Full control. Complete automation.
Third: New Zapier trigger "Voice Call Ended".
Fire Zaps the moment any voice call ends. Send call transcripts, recordings, summaries, call length or whatever data you need to any downstream system.

3. Sendblue integration
We've built native integration with Sendblue, giving you complete control over your messaging operations, all your numbers import instantly into Charlie.
You can connect your Sendblue account in the Phone Numbers tab, though API.
From there, assign any active Sendblue number to your Setters.
What this enables:
Higher deliverability - iMessages bypass carrier filters
Complete visibility - See which numbers are active and which Setters they're assigned to
Centralized management - All your messaging numbers in one dashboard
Click any number to see assigned Setters, reassign on the fly, or disconnect when needed.

Β 4. DM Setter BIG updates:Β
Two breakthrough improvements:
First: Humanized intro sequences.
Customize the delay between multiple intro messages to emulate natural human behavior. And if a lead responds before all intro messages are sent? Charlie intelligently cancels the remaining messages and engages immediately.
No more robotic message dumps.
Second: Smart email validation.
When Charlie receives an invalid email, it now asks the lead for the correct address in a natural, conversational way, then updates the record automatically. No more lost opportunities.

Β 5. Leadβs data:
Data is power, and it unlocks an incredible amount of opportunities for your strategy. For that we developed two major updates that will give you the control.
First: Bidirectional GHL sync.
When Charlie conversationally gathers a lead's phone number, email, or timezone during Autobooking or Talk Later processes, that data now saves directly back into the GHL contact record. Complete data synchronization with zero manual process.
Second: Expanded lead exports.
Export your leads with expanded data fields, it now contains the email addresses and phone numbers in every export from the DM Setters Leads Page.

6. New support widget
We have successfully migrated our support into a new and more responsive platform, you'll now find a new widget in your Charlie ai account. This change is designed to improve how we track your requests and questions, ensuring you get quick solutions to your needs.
