2. Calendly API

We have successfully migrated and updated our native integration with the new Calendly API, ensuring compatibility and reliability with Charlie

Highlights:

  • Greater reliability

Calendly API update will restrict the auto-booking feature to paid accounts only.

3. Auto sync of Voice hunts

A significant improvement for DM Voice Hunts that ensure seamless cross-channel follow-up and booking completion. Charlie analyzes the voice transcript, compares it to your DM script, and determines the precise qualification or CTA step to resume the conversation.
